Mr. Wilhelm is the group leader of Structural Composites in the department of Polymer Engineering at Fraunhofer ICT, working alongside Prof. Dr. Frank Henning. His journey began with manual prepreg molding and today includes most relevant manufacturing processes for FRPs like RTM, WCM, Tape laying and forming, pultrusion and hybrid molding. Mr. Wilhelm and his team utilize industrial scale equipment to enable high rate production of FRPs for diverse applications in all industries.
